Robyn holds Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours and has been a Fellow of the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine . She was also a conjoint lecturer at the Uni of Newcastle and an integrative medical practitioner and world-renowned speaker on autism and colonic bacterial patterns. She lectures regularly at conferences both nationally and internationally and has written numerous articles for peer-reviewed medical journals and the public. Dr Cosford writes and speaks on many fascinating and non traditional areas of research in medicine including Children’s Mental Health focusing on PANDAS (pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections), ADHD and non medication evidence based treatments for a range of ills. She is currently the head of the Australian Chapter of Children’s Health Defence. She has had a 35 year career as an integrative medical specialist and helped hundreds of clients overcome health issues ranging from minor irritations through to life threatening illnesses that have in many cases been written off as “incurable” by the mainstream medical system.
